Will Ward launched his career at CAA Music before transitioning to Motion Picture talent at WME. In his tenure as agent, Ward represented some of the biggest names in Hollywood including Adam Sandler, Ryan Reynolds, David Spade, Dustin Hoffman, and Mark Wahlberg. As a founder of his own firms, ROAR and Fourward, Ward launched and built the careers of global superstars including Chris Hemsworth and Zac Brown Band and managed stars including Dead & Co and Brie Larson.
At Fourward, Ward has combined his strategic approach to management with his extensive network in finance and tech to build multi-million-dollar businesses around celebrities from ideation to exit and invest in cutting edge companies. His eye for world-class talent and high-growth investment opportunities continues to be a core differentiator in Fourward’s services.

Michael’s professional career spans over thirteen years advising and working with technology and media companies in finance and strategy, operations and business development positions. Most recently, he was a Principal at Wavemaker Partners, a dual-headquartered, early-stage VC fund that also has a venture studio. His early-stage investment portfolio includes Relativity Space, Triller, Icon Build, Wheels, 17Hats, Ascoli, XCast Labs and Ranker. Michael also founded a start-up addressing the inefficiencies of buying/leasing a new car. He started his career as a classically trained investment banker and has advised on over $1B in transactions across tech and media. Michael received his BS from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Mallory carries over seven years of experience in marketing and product development with a focus on consumer trend analysis and entertainment partnerships. She came to Fourward from Monster Energy where she strategized global marketing campaigns by leveraging IP from partnerships in music, fashion, sports, and gaming. She previously spent over four years at CAA, the world’s leading entertainment agency, in Brand Consulting. In her role, Mallory managed various celebrity partnerships, music and sports sponsorships, content strategies, and social impact marketing for Fortune 500 brands. She received her MBA with a finance emphasis and bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Hartford where she also played division one basketball.
